SHIPPING​​

Processing Time: 1–3 business days.
We aim to dispatch quickly, but delays can occur during busy periods.

Shipping (India Only):

• Metro: 3–7 business days

• Non-metro: 5–12 business days

• Remote areas: 7–15 business days​

• Tracking will be provided for parcel orders. Sticker-only/small orders may be shipped untracked to reduce shipping costs.

• Once packages are handed to the courier, delays or damages are out of our control

 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

• International orders are shipped via India Post (tracked)

•  Delivery usually takes 2–3 weeks, but may take up to 4 weeks depending on location and customs

• International shipping is ₹1000 (approx. $10.5 USD) for orders up to 400 g. For larger orders, shipping will be calculated separately.

• We are not responsible for any customs charges that may apply. Please check your country's import policy before placing any orders. 

 

RETURNS & CANCELLATIONS

• All sales are final.

• No returns or exchanges.

• Cancellations accepted within 24 hours of ordering only.

• If there's an issue with your order, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos and video.

All artwork and designs are the property of Moondust Atelier

 

You cannot:

• Reproduce, copy, trace, modify, or print my art

• Use my designs to create your own products

• Sell digital versions of my designs

• Upload my art for print-on-demand or manufacturing

 

You can:

• Resell the physical products you purchased

• Use items for personal journaling, scrapbooks, gifts, etc.
